Program Description
Presentation and discussion regarding limits of confidentiality, to include duty to warn. Participants will engage in difficult conversation regarding statistical differences in DCS cases as well as dangers to be aware of when calling police on People of Color.

Learning Objectives
1. Describe 2 cultural differences in work values and related intercultural conflicts in organizations.
2. Identify duty to warn and limits of confidentiality issues when working with People of Color.
3. Describe at least 2 potential dangers when engaging police officers when managing People of Color
