I have had my clinical practice at and been the owner-operator of Counseling and Psychological Associates for fifteen years.
Counseling and Psychological Associates rents office space and provides support for behavioral health and allied health professionals.
The existing space has six offices, a waiting room, administrative area, snack nook, mini wet bar and private bathroom for our professionals.
There are two unisex prublic bathrooms for patients.
Rental income covers the owner-operator's clinical office practice which then supports mortgage payments for the real estate investment.
All offices are wired for direct ethernet connection so both in-person and telehealth services can be provided. Our location at 6625 S. Rural Rd. in Tempe allows for easy access from the I-10, 60 and 202.
