All sales are final. Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to an event (unless stated otherwise on event registration page) in writing or by email.
NOTE: Full attendance is required to receive credit.  Variable credit for partial attendance will not be awarded in accordance with APA guidelines. Those who attend the workshop(s) and complete the program evaluation forms will receive continuing education credits for the program.  Those arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time or leaving before the program is completed will not receive CE credit.
