Program Description

The program is focused on exploring non-traditional roles mental health providers can employ in practice. Discussion will surround industrial organizational roles, business practice development, referral networks, leadership, marketing, and cutting-edge corporate structures. Further, we will explore opportunities to build and develop practices for higher levels of success.

Program Level: Intermediate

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify two alternative practice development methods.
  2. Describe two types of metrics that are important for running, developing, and/or building non-traditional methods of practice as a mental health provider.
  3. List three advantages of having a clearly defined practice and business vision.
