The Legislative Committee keeps abreast of current trends in legislative action that affect psychologists. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring legislation introduced before the legislature, directly interacts with legislators to explain the role of psychology, to appear before committee hearings, and to intercede with other professional organizations as necessary to explain the relationships of psychology and allied professions.
