Program Description
This presentation addresses the increasing prevalence of extremism, identity politics, and tribalism, examining how cognitive dissonance contributes to ideological beliefs. Case examples from clinical and forensic practice will be incorporated throughout the presentation. The final portion will focus on strategies for fostering self-agency and principles of effective leadership practice.
